BVM 2026 is a trade, business, and exhibition platform intended to facilitate engagement between exhibitors, sponsors, partners, delegates, and other stakeholders.

Participation in BVM 2026 is subject to eligibility assessment, availability, and confirmation by the organising authority.

Submission of an enquiry or expression of interest does not guarantee participation, allocation, sponsorship, or partnership.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information

• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes

• Refrain from any activity that may disrupt, harm, or misuse BVM systems or reputation

BVM reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its platforms if misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity is suspected.

All registrations, enquiries, or submissions made through BVM platforms are considered non-binding expressions of interest unless expressly confirmed in writing by BVM.

BVM reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any participation request

• Modify event formats, dates, venues, or participation categories

• Allocate or reallocate exhibition space, sponsorships, or benefits

All commercial terms, if any, shall be governed by separate written agreements.

Any payments made towards participation, sponsorship, or partnership shall be governed by:

• The specific commercial agreement executed between parties, and

• Applicable payment terms communicated officially by BVM

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees once paid may be non-refundable.

BVM shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

All content, branding, logos, materials, layouts, and communications associated with BVM 2026 are the intellectual property of BVM or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring that their own displayed materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Personal information collected through BVM platforms is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the BVM website.

By using BVM platforms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BVM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• BVM does not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital platforms

• BVM is not responsible for actions, representations, or disputes between participants

• Participation in the event is at the participant's own risk.

BVM shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.

BVM reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Revised Terms shall be effective upon publication on the website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
